Private Collection can only ship to one location per order. If you wish to send to multiple addresses, please place separate order for each addresses.

You may complete your order without an account. However, creating an account allows you to: Store billing and shipping information for a faster checkout experience Review your order details and history Request exchange or return directly from your account

Depending on the status of your order, you may modify or cancel the initial order. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us through WhatsApp (+971 55 343 9920) or via email at onlinesales@privatecollection.ae as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to accommodate your requirements.

We offer free two-to-three-days delivery within UAE. A same-day delivery option is also available within Dubai city limits. Please refer to our “Terms of Sales” for further details.
